The first week of October 2021, I spent a week at Jønnhalt Gjesteseter in the Venabygd mountains in Gudbrandsdalen (English: Gudbrand Valley). For a whole week I attended a yoga retreat, and spent my time doing yoga, reading, and going for lovely walks.

25 October was my birthday! Here are some clips from my day. There also was a massage, where I couldn’t film (of course).
“Morning person” is not something I want to call myself. But most day I have to get up early, like most other people. If possible, I don’t like to rush it. And the days I have time, I make myself a cup of coffee, and sit down with a book.
It is those mornings I like the most. The slow ones, where I can enjoy the black gold and a good story.
